Your use of this website and purchasing from Natalie Clarke Jewellery is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using this website, you consent to these terms and conditions in full.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order with Natalie Clarke Jewellery you agree to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
All buyers must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Delivery Times & Charges
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Bespoke and ‘Made to order’ pieces can take up to 4 weeks for completion and delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of commission, bespoke and ‘made to order’ jewellery made to your specification or any earrings).
To cancel your order you may email hello@natalieclarkejewellery.co.uk and we will reply with instructions on returning your goods.
Natalie Clarke Jewellery does not cover the postage cost of returning goods except in the case where the wrong product is supplied or in case of faulty/damaged goods being supplied.
Further details of your rights under Distance Selling Regulations are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
Refund Policy
If you wish to return a product you have purchased from Natalie Clarke Jewellery, you may do so providing the item is unused and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card used. If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Postage costs cannot be refunded.
Please note we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds on any earrings, due to hygiene reasons, or 'Made to order/ bespoke' items.
Prohibitions & Misuse. You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the website; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (commonly referred to as “spam”), or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website.
Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Natalie Clarke Jewellery will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
Natalie Clarke Jewellery will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Prices
All prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Jewellery Images and Descriptions
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and images of Natalie Clarke Jewellery are accurate. Digital photography has been used and in some cases colours may be slightly different in real life.
Choking Hazard for Children and Infants
Please note that Natalie Clarke Jewellery is handmade and is therefore delicate and easily broken if used improperly.
Natalie Clarke Jewellery is made up of small parts that can constitute a choking hazard for children or babies. Under no circumstances should children or babies be allowed to play or have contact with the jewellery. Natalie Clarke Jewellery accepts no responsibility for any injury related to use of Natalie Clarke Jewellery products.
